Our approach is to work side-by-side with you throughout the process to determine if a sale is right for both of us. Together, we will evaluate your business to ensure there is a cultural and brand fit within our various offerings and discuss all facets of operations.
We've developed a simple four-step acquisition process:
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Initial Business Evaluation
- Letter of Intent to Transact Purchase
- Due Diligence Process and Close of Sale
The purchase may be completed as quickly as 90 days from the Letter of Intent. When appropriate, we may consider continued employment in a mutually beneficial leadership capacity.

When we mutually determine that a sale is the right decision for you and your company, we will work with you to plan the transition and ensure that parent, staff and community relationships are integrated in a thoughtful, practical and efficient manner.
Our goal is to develop an integration plan that minimizes disruption to the children and families at the center(s), and retains the expertise and staff that you have worked so hard to cultivate.

General Criteria for Acquisition
When we are considering an acquisition opportunity, there are certain defining criteria we review before deciding to move forward. The criteria listed below should be viewed as minimum averages per center:
- Annual revenues of $1,000,000
- Licensed Capacity of 120
- Building size of 9,000 sq ft
- Land parcel of 1 Acre or larger
- Owned or leased property
